Im renting out my spare room for those who need it for 1-3 hours. Very reasonable rates with the following caveats: - I will be home when you are using it but will be in a seperate part of the house - With prior arrangement and donation you will let yourself in and out to use the room (I will still be home though you would never guess) Very down to earth male, live alone and respectful. Non judgemental open to all individuals for whatever purpose so long as its legal and you dont trash the place. Private shower available for a small additional fee. It is available during the evening Mon-Fri from 7-9 pm and weekends 8 am - 10 pm. Can be setup with either a queen sized bed or a spa table. Also have a bit of kink gear I can include.
